What do I need to run Virtual Tours?

To view Virtual Tours all you need is a basic PC running Java which comes on most new PC.s. This software can be downloaded free of charge if it is not already installed on you computer.

Do I have to buy any other items when I get the Virtual Tour?

No, 360 Viewing provide all the equipment and software to produce the Virtual Tour and we send it to the person who built the website for insertion on the site.

What do browsers need to view my Virtual Tour?

All they need is a basic PC running Flash which comes on most new PC.s. This software can be downloaded free of charge if it is not already installed on you computer.

Who needs to be present for Virtual Tour?

Nobody needs to be present for the shoot except the photographer.

How long does it take for the shooting of Virtual Tour?

If the property is ready for the shoot it takes approximately two hours for a photographer to shoot 4 scenes.

Can I include both interior and exterior shots in my Virtual Tour?

Yes, the customer may choose any scenes or rooms that he wishes to be included in Virtual Tour. Please keep in mind that exterior shots depend on weather conditions.

How do I pay for my Virtual Tour?

You can pay byt cash, cheque or credit card.

What charges will I incur if I cancel the Virtual Tour?

No charges if you give 24 hours notice.

What will happen if I am not satisfied with the images?

We will discuss you concerns and redo shoot if necessary.
